If your provider has ordered labs requiring a specialty kit, we’re here to help! Our mobile phlebotomy service ensures a smooth process for handling your specialty lab needs. How It Works: We come to your location to draw the blood sample as specified in your specialty kit. The sample is then processed, including centrifugation if required. Finally, we handle the shipping by dropping off the completed kit at FedEx, UPS, or USPS, as instructed by your provider or the kit’s guidelines. Cancellation Policy
What to Expect After Booking Once your appointment is scheduled and your time is confirmed, you will receive two follow-up emails from OnPoint Mobile Phlebotomy Services. The first email will introduce our company, share our vision and mission, and outline your service fee. Once you review the information and confirm that you agree with the price and would like to move forward, simply reply to let us know. After confirmation, a second email will be sent with your finalized appointment details, including your scheduled time and the name of your phlebotomist.
